UConn is reportedly ‘done recruiting’ the class of 2025, but what about Acaden Lewis?

The UConn Huskies have put together a ridiculous 2025 recruiting class.

Braylon Mullins, Darius Adams and Eric Reibe are all future Huskies, making UConn arguably the best class in the country, but does Dan Hurley add even more talent to this core?

A new report from Adam Zagoria of Zagsblog indicates the Huskies are all set for 2025.

“UConn has finished recruiting U.S. players for 2025, per source,” Zagoria said Saturday.

“They already have a loaded class with Darius Adams, Braylon Mullins and Eric Reibe.”

Has this news spoiled the reason for UConn fans to tune in for top-35 Acaden Lewis’ decision announcement on November 2?

Lewis publicly trimmed his list to UConn, Duke and Kentucky in his announcement, but Zagoria’s report indicates the Huskies are limiting their 2025 class to three players.

Either that, or UConn has indeed brought in Lewis (he’s already decided), and Hurley and co. are therefore effectively ‘finished’ recruiting for the 2025 cycle, with Lewis as the final assignment.

The much more likely outcome is that Lewis chose Duke or Kentucky.
