Texas A&M gets commitment from four-star WR, top-50 recruit

Texas A&M just added a major commitment in the class of 2026.

The Aggies earned a commitment from 4-star wide receiver Aaron Gregory. He received offers from some of the very best programs in the country, including Ohio State, Texas, Miami, Tennessee and many more.

Gregory is a huge asset for Texas A&M in the class of 2026. He is the No. 38 overall player and the No. 6 wide receiver in the country for that cycle, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. As a top-40 prospect, it’s possible Gregory will reach five-star status before the end of the 2026 cycle.

Gregory is listed at 6-foot-4, 170 pounds. He attends Douglas County High School in Douglasville, Georgia.

Gregory is the fifth prospect to commit to Texas A&M so far in the class of 2026. It’s still very early in that cycle, but the Aggies are off to a good start. Texas A&M’s class is ranked No. 6 nationally, according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.

His commitment comes one day after Texas A&M’s big victory over LSU to take sole possession of first place in the SEC standings.

Here are some highlights from Gregory’s high school career:
