H+H completed sale of land in Warsaw for PLN 110 million

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, October 29, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — The terms and conditions for the sale of land and buildings of H+H Polska Sp. z oo to a Polish residential developer (as announced in corporate communication no. 564 of August 6, 2024) have now been fulfilled and the sale is therefore final.

The sales price of PLN 110 million (approximately DKK 190 million) was paid in cash and will be classified as an exceptional item, which has no impact on the financial outlook for the full year. The sale will significantly improve our debt position and bring us closer to our long-term objective.

The site was closed as part of the factory network restructuring program carried out in 2023. To ensure efficient service and timely deliveries in the future, we will maintain a strategically located logistics hub near Warsaw.
