Best Tanto 22 gear and class build for Black Ops 6

Best Tanto 22 gear and class build for Black Ops 6

The Tanto 22 a brand new SMG has been added BlackOps6and just as it did in pre-release environments, it’s back here in the full game as a strong meta choice.

What sets it apart from the rest of the SMG family is its significantly slower rate of fire, which you’ll no doubt have to get used to if you typically focus on the other faster-firing weapons in Black Ops 6’s class.

To help you find the best way to take your own customized version of the weapon into competition, we’ll take the best attachments and construction for the Tanto 22in which the best equipment, benefits, equipment and equipment you want to mate with it, and how to unlock the tanto 22.

On this page:

Black Ops 6 Tanto 22 best attachments and build

As mentioned, the Tanto 22 has a much lower rate of fire than what is usual for weapons of its type.

With that in mind, we choose to delve more into this and the weapon’s overall strengths, emphasizing mobility, evasion, and ensuring recoil is controlled. By doing this, we can turn this weapon into an even more solid short- and medium-range laser than it already is.

Below you will find our recommendation for the best Tanto 22 attachments and build:

  • Snout: Oppressor
  • Underrun: Vertical handle
  • Back handle: Ergonomic handle
  • Fire mods: Rapid fire
  • Stock: No stock OR Barrel: Long barrel

First of all with the Suppressor Since we have the ability to prevent your gunfire from revealing your location on enemy minimaps, we consider that a kind of stealth cover to support the mobile playstyle we’re going for.

Next we recommend the Vertical handle for the mounting slot under the barrel to provide some extra horizontal recoil control that helps you stay on target.

To emphasize some of our focus on evasion, we choose the Ergonomic handle to make the Tanto feel smoother. This is done by increasing sprint-to-fire, dive-to-fire, and aim-down-sight speeds, allowing you to take advantage of all the game’s Omnimovement capabilities while feeling much more mobile and responsive .

While this goes against our perk recommendations in the next section, this is still an option if you think you need the extra attachments.

The last two attachments you choose are somewhat up in the air with our recommendations, as you can go either way.

However, if you want to choose all three of our recommendations, you can use the Gunfighter Wildcard in your loadout, which allows you to put up to eight attachments on your weapon, meaning you can have all six we recommend, and two of your choice.

For those who do not choose the Wildcard, we recommend that you use the No stock option for bigger evasive maneuvers, or the Long Barrel if you prefer more reach to tackle enemies further away.

Finally, because the weapon has a low rate of fire, we recommend the Rapid fire mod because – while it introduces more recoil and lower bullet velocity – it will help the Tanto feel more directly competitive with other SMGs in the class.

But as always, feel free to mix and match attachments to see what works best for you, and keep the Gunfighter Wildcard in mind if you want to use your primary weapon as much as possible.

Black Ops 6 Tanto 22 top class gear, perks, equipment and equipment

With the Tanto 22 functioning somewhat like an assault rifle in terms of its damage range and best-in-class firepower, we opt for perks and equipment that provide some mobility and survivability.

That means perks to increase your speed and weapon control, along with leaning on the new Combat Specialty feature for some extra bonuses.

Below you will find our recommendation for the best Black Ops 6 Tanto 22 class gear:

Best Black Ops 6 Tanto 22 Gear

  • Secondary: Player preference
  • Tactical: Stimshot
  • Deadly: Semtex
  • Field upgrade: Player preference
  • Advantage 1: Tac mask
  • Advantage 2: Dispatcher or fast hands
  • Advantage 3: Double Time or Quartermaster
  • Advantage 4: Flak-jack (with Perk Greed Wildcard)
  • Combat specialty: Strategist
  • Wild card: Perk Greed

When it comes to secondary upgrades and field upgrades, you are free to choose what suits you. For example, regarding your field upgrade, you may want to use the Assault package for refilling ammunition during the match, or the new ‘War Cry’ for example, which improves the movement speed of nearby allies and health recovery.

For the tactical gear, we’re leaning towards Encourage shot for access to a quick boost of health recovery in the middle of battle, while we go for lethal with Semtex – although a Frag is a valid alternative, if you prefer.

As for the core of this gear, our perks are aimed at increasing survivability and handling, but which perks you choose will determine which direction this leans more.

We’ll go with you for the first slot Tac mask in addition to a bonus fourth benefit Flak jacket thanks to the Perk Greed Wildcard we recommend you to use. If you have both advantages, you will be better able to withstand all kinds of flash, stun, and explosive grenades that come your way.

In the second slot we look at a choice between higher weapon switching speeds with Fast Hands, or lower costs for non-lethal Scorestreaks with Shipper – the latter may ultimately prove more useful in the long run, but we could still see viability for Fast Hands.

As for the last slot, we look again at a choice depending on the way you want to take this lesson.

On the one hand we can see how Double timeThe longer duration of the Tactical Sprint is a solid choice – and it’s ultimately the one we recommend in the first place – but unlocking the ability for gear to recharge overtime instead of having to directly refill ammo thanks to Quartermaster, would can be an extra that is worth taking as an alternative.

This is especially worth it if you’re looking for more gear usage and don’t have the Assault Pack Field Upgrade.

If you follow a similar recommendation from these selections to what we have listed here, you should get at least three benefits from the Strategist ‘Combat Specialty’unlocking even more benefits, such as score bonuses for objective play, better awareness of enemy equipment, faster deployment of your own equipment, and more.

An alternative approach to all this is one that focuses more on mobility, where if you choose three ‘Enforcer’ perks (aka red perks) in the four slots, you unlock the perks of that combat specialty, including movement speed and health recovery. buff after getting a kill.
