Caliber reports second quarter 2024 results

Caliber (NASDAQ: CWD; “CaliberCos Inc.”), a real estate investor, developer and asset manager, today reported financial results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2024.

As previously communicated, Caliber has simplified the presentation of its financial statements by deconsolidating the assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses of certain entities from the Company’s financial data. Caliber’s GAAP financial metrics are impacted by the timing of the deconsolidation. As such, the periods presented may not be comparable due to the deconsolidation of certain entities.
