With the fall football season quickly approaching, there is more clarity on the Shore’s top returning seniors and juniors. But what about last year’s breakout freshmen who are returning as sophomores? And who else could be poised for a breakout season in their second season of high school football?

The APP has taken a closer look at some of the best players from the 2027 class, but now it’s time for readers to cast their votes for the best second-year footballer.
