The Saxon state capital is located in East Germany and is now the Stunden of Berlin. It has never been a great country, but an ideal Zwischenstopp on the way to the Czech Republic and/or Poland.

If you have a few hours or more to spare, this is another venture since 10 days in Dresden, the “Elbflorenz”.
