Exor NV (AMS: EXO) (“Exor” or the “Company”) announces that the Company, under the second tranche of the share buyback program of up to €125 million announced on August 12, 2024 (the “Second Tranche”), has completed the following transactions on Euronext Amsterdam, CBOE DXE, Turquoise Europe and Aquis Exchange Europe:

Following these purchases, the total amount invested under the second tranche amounts to approximately €68 million, for a total amount of 696,766 ordinary shares purchased.

As of September 16, 2024, the Company held a total of 6,821,237 ordinary shares in its own holdings (3.09% of the total issued ordinary share capital)¹.
