Agrinam Acquisition Corporation Extends Term, Reports Results of Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting

Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – September 18, 2024) – Agrinam Acquisition Corporation (TSX: AGRI.U) (the “Corporation“) today announced that the ordinary resolution submitted to the holders (the “Shareholders“) of the Company’s limited class A voting shares at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of September 13, 2024 (the “Meeting“) to extend the date by which the Company must complete a qualifying acquisition from September 15, 2024 to December 15, 2024 (the “Solution“) was approved.
