Core & Main Signs Agreement to Acquire Green Equipment Company

Core & Main Inc. (NYSE: CNM), a leader in improving reliable infrastructure with local service across the country, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Green Equipment Company, a supplier of underground utility equipment based in Fort Worth, Texas.
